If the product stops working, you can check the guide or contact us before consider return or refund. The problem may be man-made caused and there is a chance it is able to be fixed.
The following section contains details about return. It is applicable for all products except digital products such as code samples. There is no return option for digital products.
Please note we don't cover any shipping fee for return.
How to Return?
Please return the products within the original package to this address, along with order ID written clearly on or in the package:

If you used your registered account when you purchased the products, you can find the order ID under My Orders page. Or simply contact us using the Contact Us page on our website if you don't remember your order ID, or you have further questions and need helps.
We cannot be held responsible for products damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual order ID of the order of received return delivery.
